Protect Your Peace
1. When you face negative situations and feel a range of emotions slap you in the face – above all, just breathe and try to process what you are really feeling.
2. Know your emotional triggers – you have to know who or what sets you off. For example, there may be people close to you, who know your emotional triggers better than you and they take advantage of you. Don’t let them steal your power!
3. Recognize chaotic situations – See the situation for what it is and trust that you know yourself well enough to walk away. Follow the path of peace.
4. Are you the source of the drama? – If you are constantly thinking about drama and negativity, the universe will give your drama and negativity. Change your thinking!
5. Acknowledge your emotions – Suppressing your emotions causes dis-ease. Look into doing shadow work, to get to the source of the feelings you have, so that you can heal.
6. Pray and Mediate – Get into alignment with your highest self and the Creator.
7. Practice Self Care – Love yourself! (read, do scripting, affirmations, mirror work, spa day, sacred baths, etc.)
8. Get off social media – Social media is a huge source of negativity! Get your time back and work on being productive (work on your goals, vision boards, etc). Check out my previous blog post How to Fast From Social Media.
9. Get out into nature – Do yoga, read, drink your water, eat your fruits and veggies, and mind your business.
